SENIOR ART DIRECTOR – SOCIAL MEDIA & VIDEO, APRIL 2024 – PRESENT
Manage a small but mighty Social Team tasked with producing all video, organic and paid media assets. Collaborate with marketing by reviewing performance data and incorporating best practices to increase customer engagement, both existing and new-to-brand, which led to $1.4M in direct sales through paid digital assets in 2024. Work on set with stylists and photographers to produce seasonal still imagery for social and catalog needs.
ART DIRECTOR – CATALOG, MARCH 2021 – MARCH 2024
Collaborated with senior creative team partners and the merchandising team on the design of each seasonal catalog, by purposing new ideas and layouts to engage and activate J.Jill’s existing customer base. Presented work from initial kick-off meetings to final executive reviews, managing needs of senior leaders, copywriters, photo retouchers, and production designers.
Garnet Hill — Exeter, New Hampshire
ASSOCIATE ART DIRECTOR, APRIL 2017 – MARCH 2021
Designed layouts for apparel and swimwear merchandise for all full-price seasonal catalogs. Collaborated with the merchandising team on the best way to present product each season, then worked on set with the freelance studio team to ensure all current brand standards are met and layouts are easily shoppable. Organized shot count for catalog and web photography, which included launching new web photography standards with the production team, while continuing to meet time and budget constraints.

Projects included web design, logos and branding style guides, marketing emails, company investor presentations, sell sheets, product photography and retouching.

SENIOR VISUAL DESIGNER, APRIL – SEPTEMBER 2016
Engaged with Wayfair’s sale-driven customer base by designing seasonal and shop-by-style promotional campaigns, which highlighted Daily Sales and encouraged customer retention. Concepted and designed several high profile seasonal promotions including 4th of July, Labor Day, and Christmas sales driving millions of dollars in revenue.
Hill Holliday — Boston, Massachusetts
CONTRACT SENIOR DESIGNER, MARCH – APRIL 2016
Art directed and designed, as part of the Dunkin Donuts team, seasonal product campaigns for point-of-purchase, out-of-home, and menu board signage. Presented both concept and final art work internally, to account executives and externally, at client meetings. Oversaw and approved the daily work of junior team members.

LEAD SENIOR DESIGNER – WOMEN’S FASHION, 2014 – AUGUST 2015
Oversaw a team of Designers to uphold the brand standards on daily Boutique assets in a fast-paced environment. Art directed and designed brand partner and fashion editorial microsites, by collaborating with merchants, editors, photographers, and stylists. Worked with the Executive Creative Director on a bimonthly trend and inspiration book for the Creative and Studio teams.
